Marilyn Luper Hildreth a civil rights icon is following in her mother Clara Luper's footsteps and ensuring that her mother's legacy lives on. Jabee Williams is also on the Clara Luper Legacy Committee and the committee works to make sure that her impact is always remembered. The Freedom Fiesta Celebration starts tomorrow August 18 with a jazz concert.
